Some Servrces don't start at boot / MySQL Service is down after reboot

Hello my friends,

i have a problem server. the server is a few days old. freshly installed and the plesk data was restored from a other server with the same components.

the problem:
when i reboot my server the services fail2ban and Odin Antivirus Premium are down and i must start them manually...
the second problem... after the reboot 2-5 minutes later my MySQL service goes down and i must do a "sudo service mysql restart", after that it works great. to the next restart...

Do you have a idea?

okay. the problem with fail2ban and mysql is solved. there helped a update-rc.d. the odin antivirus premium seems not to start because of the missing licence (i have more than 14 emails...).
where can i buy a licence or is there a tutorial for clamav or a plugin
