Issue Spam filter is turned off for email address but still mails delivered to spam folder

I have the spam filter turned off for that mail address, but it still receives mail in spam folder!

No, no spam tags on any of the mails. They are mostly corn messages from my custom cronjobs.

Does DMARC authentication fail (as shown in the header of the mail)?

What would be a workaround for this?

If the DMARC domain policy has been configured to quarantine messages when validation fails, all failed messages will be stored in the spam folder. This can be behavior can changed by altering the DRMAC policy in the DNS record to "none".
