Spam filtering

This topic hasn't come in a while so I wanted to bring it up again since technology is always improving. Does anyone have any good suggestions on improving spam protection? I am currently using Plesk 11.5 with Postfix and Amavisd-new. I'm hoping some of you will post your configurations, as well as any RBL configs/rules that you use, and anything else that might help.
