You can normally install it on your own for the PHP handler you need:

php_handler: PHP Handlers

The php_handler utility is used to manage PHP versions, SAPI, and php.ini availiable for hosting users (PHP handlers)...

As an example, for PHP 8.1:

plesk bin php_handler --extension-install ssh2 -id plesk-php81-fpm

It will install it for all handlers on the same version as they share the modules, but you can find the exact names with:

plesk bin php_handler --list
