  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

SSL Certificate Not Recognised by Plesk

I have installed a security certificate on my server, using the standard IIS method which I intend to use for shared SSL. But Plesk doesn't recognise it. Does anyone know how to make Plesk see certificates that weren't installed using it's own tools?

Well, I've deleted the domain, recreated it, rekeyed the certificate (request generated via plesk) and re-installed it (via plesk)

Now It all looks good in Plesk, but when I try to actually connect via https it doesn't work.

So I now have the opposite problem to what I had originally where the certificate actually worked but plesk didn't recognise it. Now Plesk is happy but the certificate doesn't actually work.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
