• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

SSL not working with Plesk Panel IP

New Pleskian
Hi all,

I'm now encountering an issue with SSL and spent several days on troubleshoot but have not fixed yet :(. I'm using Plesk 11.5.30, installed SSL for domain and it works well but when I use IP address to access Plesk Panel (port 8443) with HTTPS the browser always show "untrust certificate, server's certificate does not match URL" whereas I use DOMAIN to access the panel the certificate will work well. I know this is due to SSL only certify my domain instead of IP. I did google for several days and also configure IP address to point my domain + my SSL certificate in the "IP Addresses" section but it still doesn't work.

Please help me to get rid of this issue. I swamped into it too long :(

Really appreciate your help.

Thank you all!
