  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hello,

I have an error when I try de sync administrator users, this is the error :

Error: The following errors occurred during sync the SSO:
Failed to repair SSO: Failed to get SSO accounts info: (HTTP code: )
Please resolve the problems manually and retry to sync again.

I can't sync any customer or administrator with my plesk panel 10.

Help me please

Hi,

i have the same problem here!
Additional the same error when i try to attach or detach admin- or customer-account from command line using "/usr/share/plesk-billing/sso".. here is the error "(HTTP code: )".

Our distribution is Debian 5.0.7 (Lenny).
The problem is there since we changed the url of sso server - panel and manager are local installations on one server.
I proofed url-settings using commands:
- /usr/local/psa/bin/sso -g
- /usr/local/psa/bin/sso --get-branded-idp
- /usr/share/plesk-billing/sso --command=info ...

But all is correct! Further I proofed the tables in psa database and sso-sqlite database - all is correct!
In the logfile "/var/log/sso/sso.log" are no informations about any option I described before.

Please help!

Have you tried http://kb.odin.com/9296 ? (try it even if you didn't change your hostname)
I'm not sure if this will help, but you can try to upgrade to plesk panel 10.1.1.
Perhaps this error is going to be fixed if plesk is updated.

Hi,

thanks for your reply.

Yes i tried this too, but this don't fix the error.
The Version of my Control-Panel is 10.0.1...

I have to say, that the official Parallels-Support is very bad - no reply, answers or else... that's big ****!!!
