Standard Web Forward & the "/" Character

We had the exact same problem. If you check in IIS, you will notice that the redirection is setup by Plesk as follow http://www.domain.com/ and during the redirection Plesk adds its own slash which results in //. You can fix it by removing the trailing / in IIS.
