• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Statistics do not work corectly

Hello

OS CentOS 6.2 (Final)
Version de Parallels Panel 11.0.9 Mettre à jour #9

After migration to version 11.0.9 I have found that the statistics do not work corectly.

I changed the display to statistics from Awstats and webalizer I remarks that there is a big difference between the two, and I changed to quad webalizer I found that the statistics are correct.

So now I have to switch between the two to see accurate statistics.

I tried to recalculate;
/ usr / local / psa / admin / sbin / statistics - calculate-one - domain-name = *.tld

An error message is displayed:
WARNING falling on statistics_collector execution :: error: error Accessing
/ usr/share/tomcat6/logs: No such file or directory
error: tomcat: 1 glob failed for / usr/share/tomcat6/logs / *. log

Seems like you enabled tomcat on your server but its logs are missing. Just create those files its complaining about and try again recalculating. Ie

mkdir /usr/share/tomcat6 (if not exists)
mkdir /usr/share/tomcat6/logs (if not exists)
touch /usr/share/tomcat6/logs/error.log (if not exists)

Hello Abdi

thank you, the problem is solved tomcat, but the calculation of statistics still incorect

calculation with this command line is incomplete
I need to switch between the two types of statistics to collect
