• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

statistics.exe

McSchwaiger

New Pleskian
We have a problem with statistics.exe. Since 3 days it doesn't work.
The description of the application error in the event viewer is:

Application Failure statistics.exe, Version 8.600.1.0 in msvcr80.dll, Version 8.0.50727.3053 at 0x00008aa0

The failure occurs also when I start statistics.exe via command line.

When I try to calculate the disk-usage with statistics.exe --disk-usage, the application prints "Cluster Notification Provider not loaded" two times, but the calculation of the disk-usage runs without any errors.

Any suggestions?

Best regards form germany,
Stefan

As I know, message

Cluster Notification Provider not loaded

comes from MailEnable. Plesk just only reflects it but it has does not affect Plesk functionality. I have no idea why it happens. From my side I can only suggest restart the server or reinstalling MailEnable. Anyway this question should addressed to MailEnable group.

I tried to start statistics.exe from command line with parameters.

All parameters worked fine excepts the parameters --ftp-traffic and --ftp-web-statistics

So I think the Problem is not MailEnable but Serv-U... I'll try to restart Serv-U and the Server and hope the problem will be fixed...
