Stats Error Code

My error is a little different than the others I found here. I just got a fresh install of 8.6 and statistics.exe gives me the following:

User: Server\Plesk Administrator
Running task: C:\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\statistics.exe
Started: Wed Aug 06 05:01:01 2008
Ended with code -1073741811: Wed Aug 06 05:01:11 2008

I haven't been able to find the solution on the forum or knowledge base.

Anyone have any ideas on what I can do or where to get a replacement statistics.exe file from SwSoft?

Just curious why can't Parallels make things work in the 1st place?

I also had statistics error code -1073741811 with Plesk 8.6 but the patch in that post didn't fix it.

It was fixed by installing patch 8.6.0.5. Note that in Plesk 8.6.0, Autoupdater falsely reports that there are no updates, even though an update is available. You have to download and install it manually.

Note: -1073741811 translates to C000000D meaning STATUS_INVALID_PARAMETER, but that is probably only meaningful to the Parallels developers, if at all.

runtask and statistics issues

I run plesk 8.6 for windows in winodws server 2003 R2.

Plesk scheduler or commnad line got error when it ran
C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe /c ""D:\Plesk\admin\bin\runtask.exe" --defaultmail "--application=D:\Plesk\admin\bin\statistics.exe" "--parameters=""

Issue shown below
fail application statistic.exe,version 8.600.0,failure module msvcr80.dll, version 8.0.50727.762 ,error address 0x00008a8c

later I searched and updated two files SiteAppStatistics.dll, statistics.exe in this forums.

and got another issue in runtask.exe, it seems to run mail dispatch error.

So, I ran different command line with "--mail" option but without "--defaultmail"
C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe /c ""D:\Plesk\admin\bin\runtask.exe" --mail "--application=D:\Plesk\admin\bin\statistics.exe" "--parameters=--http-web-statistics""

no error messgae found, but plesk no action is taken, either. especially, I specifiled a parameter=--http-web-statistics for the time being due to it will get another error below.

So,I have 3 issues at the runtask.exe and statistics.exe.
