  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question Stop blocking HTML uploads

adamthink

New Pleskian
When my web application tries to upload an html file it is clocked. "File type not allowed".
Do you know how to allow html files .. other types work such as pdf, jpg etc.

Usually uploading of HTML files from a third party application you usually don't want done because of security risks.

With that said, are you talking about the file manager within plesk or is this an web application that you've created or created by someone else? If it's a web application that was created by someone else, it's possible that they've set a hard limit of acceptable file types. If it's a web application you've created you'll want to check that you didn't set a hard limit for it.

Since you weren't specific with what kind of web application it was or what it's written in, I could only provide you with generic guidance.
