Strange Mailbox Limit Error

Hello

I have just increased one of our customer's mailboxes to 600MB up from 50MB. All the mailboxes on the account have increased successfully apart from one. It is stuck at 50MB.

Here is a screenshot of the error:


We are running PLESK 11.0.9, I have restarted the service with no joy. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Try recalculate statistics for this domain with

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-one --domain-name=domain.tld

error: tomcat:1 glob failed for /usr/share/tomcat6/logs/*.log

It is just warning, not error. Ignore it. What about mailbox size?

Its ok we have fixed this now by manually setting the limit for that individual mailbox.

I'm having the same problem: Adjusting the mailbox size (Subscriptions -> Example.com -> Customize: Mailboxes) doesn't seem to have any affect. i.e., Plesk still displays the mailbox statistics as "99.2 MB used of 100 MB" even after selecting Unlimited [Mailbox size].

The command that you'd suggested (above) produces this output:
