  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Subdomain Failure on upgrade from 10.2 to 10.4

Dear Forum,

I upgraded from 10.2 to 10.4. I had close to 20 subdomains at my domain structure. Once I upgraded none of them were represented.

1. Plesk Panel 10.4 creates "NEW" subdomains as hr.yourdomains.com in the structure below yourdomains.com. and it also creates a directory inside of yourdomains.com called hr . now the question is where do you upload the data?

2. When upgrading from Plesk Panel 10.2 to 10.4. and you already have subdomains why is it that they are not represented in the new strucuture?

3. Why is it that once you delete the files from /hr and then remove the directory using WsFtp it still says that the directory exists?

4. Upon looking in the Plesk Database the file structure hr.yourdomains.com does not exist so you can't delete it.

so why does this not work
