Resolved Subscription does not Sync

Hey,

since a few Days a Subscription of my Plesk is locked.
I can't change it via "Change Plan".
Also I tried a fix that I found in this forum to do this manually in the console but this neither helped me.

Hope someone can tell me if this is a bug or I just ****ed up something :)
