• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

So for greylisting, I've got qgreylist for plesk in my repo now. (SInce PSA 5.0 in fact!) Previously some folks had issues with this because of smtp_auth. Given that the submission port is supported (587) I think that has been resolved.

Clamav, same as above. This is something you can add into plesk with qmail-scanner (in the repo, again since PSA 5.0). It also supports sophos, f-prot, kaspersky, etc.

rblsmtpd with syslog support, got that too. Its in the daemontools package in my repo. I used to have this bundled as a separate RPM. I might go back to doing that if enough people ask.
