  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

First of all, I love Plesk so far! Its easy and works.
I purchased a Licence from Hetzner.de I had some questions about Plesk like I got a few errors even on a new, fresh installed Server. How ever I tried as much as I can to read out from the documentation. But still I have some Errors. SO i thought lets contact the Support. After I pasted my Licence the livechat and mail support denied the Support and reffered me to the Licence Issuer. Plesk stated that they are trained in Plesk. So I contacted hetzner. They replied me to tell them the message in english and they will contact the support. Sounds completly stupid to me that Plesk denies Support for its own Product if it was purchased somewhere else even if it is valid.
You should change this or train these guys.
Just a Feedback I will try to get some error solved in this Forum
