Suspending Domain because of mail quota.

Plesk is suspending my domain if anyone exceed the mail quota.
Why plesk do is? is there any setting for this ?

If user exceed the quota he will not get more email that is ok. But why plesk is suspending whole domain ?
 
Because of "Mailbox size" is one of resources and your Overuse policy looks like:
Overuse is not allowed

Disallow overuse of resources. A subscription is automatically suspended if the resource usage exceeds the limit values.

I have 1000+ mailbox for this domain.
And all boxes have 250 MB quota.
How can i check every they ? if any of them exceed 250 suspending domain!

it was not like this on previous versions ?


If one user exceed the quota he will not get email? Why plesk suspending domain ?

Well. Mailbox will be suspended in case of overusage of "Mailbox size" resource. Subscription will be suspended in case of overusage of "Disk space" resource for this subscription. In Home>Tools & Settings>Server Settings you can specify what should be included in the disk space usage calculation. Most probably you have enabled 'mailboxes' there and this lead to subscription suspending due to disk space overusage.

I looked at the screenshots and saw nothing suspicious. It is difficult to say what is wrong there without detailed investigation on server. Therefore I suggest you contact Support Team. They will find a reason directly on your server.

If you have admin rights for plesk then got o subscription >> your domain name >> click on it >> customize >> select option Overuse of disk space and traffic is allowed and save.
