  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Switching domains in a subscription.

Hi guys,

I'm sure I'm overlooking something here. But after getting a headache from searching the interface, google and documentation, I figured I'd check here.

Situation is like this:
I created a customer and added a subscription in which I used his primary domain.
Then I added another domain to his subscription.
When he logs in, it shows both domains in the list in the "Websites & Domains" part.

I'm trying to add, for example, an FTP account to the 2nd domain. But when I hit FTP Access it automatically has his primary domain selected.

I can't seem to figure out how to swap the "currently active" domain in the interface. Hopefully some of you can help me along!

Thanks in advance,

Rem

Read carefully docs about webspaces hierarchy. You can select home directory of your second domain when you add additional FTP account.
