  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Switching on outgoing email limits causes sendmail to fail

Elt

New Pleskian
Hello everyone,
Whenever I 'Switch on limitations on outgoing email messages' (Plesk 12.5.30), sending from scripts (php) fails on all existing domains. I've been trying around using different limit values and even checked them to 'unlimited', sending mails still fails. Of course, 'Allow users and scripts to use Sendmail' is checked.

Switching off the whole feature lets sendmail work again as intended.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Oh yes, I've got some output in the mail.err log:
  • py_limit_out[12504]: ERROR Rejecting forged message: PPP_SENDER_VHOST_ID is present in environment, but its value is empty
