  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Syncing issue with Smartermail

Hi,

We have plesk 11 in our environment. IN Parallels plesk we have a mail id which is consuming more than 1 Gb of space as shown in plesk due to which the subscription is getting suspended eveytime. At the same time, in Smartermail the disk space for the specific id is less than 100 MB in smarteramail . It seems there is some synchronization issue between parallels plesk and smartermail. Can some one please guide a fix around this or how to resolve this issue.
 
Try recalculate mailbox usage statistics for this domain with

>statistics.exe --mailbox-usage --process-domains=example.com
 
statistics.exe --mailbox-usage --process-domains=example.com and then restarting smartermail fixed for me
