System health monitoring problem

In the installed packages list it seems as installed. But on plesk when i open system health it gives me a blank page in frame
How should i resolve this ?

That's may cause from the bug in the code

Hi,

This happen to me too, I found that because the server have more than 10 logical processor, so the display code cannot handle. for example You have the server with 2x Intel Xeon E5620 Processor, each processor have 4 core, each core have 2 thread (hyperthread enable) so total core the windows can see is 2x4x2 =16. now see in the error output, it try to build the cpu graph composing data from cpu0 to cpu15 (cpu-0.rrd to cpu-15.rrd) but there are bug somewhere that may looking the cpu id only 1 digit.


the work around is try to disable the hyperthread so windows can see only 8 cpu core and it will ok.

the data collection service is working fine, you can see the file will update every 5 minute and it's a rrd file, if you use the rrdtool you can see the data stored in the file.

Hope the parallels's support will see this issue soon and correct it, there are amazing new feature in version 10 and also amazing new bug too.
