• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

I have MailEnable as webserver on my server.
I would like to use the Message Tracking utility to trace some message.
Plesk save at: D:\Plesk\Mail Servers\Mail Enable\LOGGING\SMTP
the logs:
SMTP-Activity-AAMMDD.log
SMTP-Debug-AAMMDD.log
only for ONE day.
How can I increment this value to another?
Thank You

my problem is that I don't find where's the logrotation section?
can you show me for the version 10?

OK, I have found it, I have changed it with 1 week, but the system store only one day!!!
That's very important for me to store more than1 day of MailEnable logs...

Sorry, I read the article, BUT I haven't the following key:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Plesk\PSA Config\Config

I have updated the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Plesk\PSA Config\Config\

I have created the following REG_SZ registry values:

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Plesk\PSA Config\Config\ SaveFTPLogsDirectory
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Plesk\PSA Config\Config\ SaveHTTPLogsDirectory
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Plesk\PSA Config\Config\ SaveMailLogsDirectory

with the path:
D:\Plesk\Mail Servers\Mail Enable\Logs

BUT the system doesn't store logs!!!!

I dont even have a HKLM\SOFTWARE\Plesk key node, are there supposed to be a bunch of keys that Plesk installs there and didnt?

For 64 bit Windows it is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Plesk\PSA Config\Config\

I have inserted at:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Plesk\PSA Config\Config\
the following key:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Plesk\PSA Config\Config\ SaveMailLogsDirectory
with value:
D:\Plesk\Mail Servers\Mail Enable\LOGGING\SMTP

BUT Plesk continue to have only one day as logs for email.
How solve this problem?

I would like to tell that the problem is not for system log but for the MailEnable logs.
I have MailEnable as webserver.
I would like to use the Message Tracking utility to trace some message.
Plesk save at: D:\Plesk\Mail Servers\Mail Enable\LOGGING\SMTP
the logs:
SMTP-Activity-AAMMDD.log
SMTP-Debug-AAMMDD.log
only for ONE day.
How can I increment this value to 3 or 4 days?
Thank You
