I'm in trouble with the task scheduler. It was working perfectly until the day 06/11/2015.

I asked the scheduled task to send an email. Following error:

User: CLOUD99280\aplracing
Running task: http://www.xxx.com.br/correios/index.asp
Started: Sat Jun 13 11:05:00 2015
Failed with error: 'http://www.xxx.com.br/correios/index.asp' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.Sat Jun 13 11:05:00 2015

Does anyone have any idea what might be happening?

I don't know how it worked before. I just know that interpreter must be specified.
