• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question The encrypted PDF upload, the file is damaged

simon jiang

New Pleskian
Hello everyone, there is currently a problem of uploading PDF,
Because my mother tongue is not English, if the description is not accurate, please forgive me.

Problem Description:
After the PDF protected with Adobe Acrobat is uploaded to the website set up in Plesk
After downloading, the PDF file is damaged and cannot be opened

Two ways to protect PDF files have been tested:
1. Need a password to open
2. After adding a password, users are prohibited from printing

Both methods have been tested, as long as uploading and then downloading will cause file damage
PDF files that are not encrypted and protected are normal

Excuse me, what could be the reason?
Please guide, thank you all.
