  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

New Pleskian
Hi.

I need to import a backup from other server and I'm getting this error:

The following subscriptions cannot be restored because they were moved to other providers: xxxxx

I have even tried to create a similar Reseller / Client / Domain configuration but it seems I'm missing something.

I overcome the certificated backup problem, but I'm not being able to overcome this one and cannot find any information about it.

Any ideas?

As far as I see this issue has been processed by Odin Support in scope of #2013685 ticket, right?

Hi.

Yes, I was helped in this issue while I made a feature request to the support.

They now tell me to go to plesk.uservoice.com and make the request there.

I believe this kind of operation should be easy to do: when the client wants to change operator/provider that has the same panel this should be click click click, some changes, done!

Best Regards.
