  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question There is some way to prevent emails from falling into a spam tray

New Pleskian
Hello to the community, I recently bought a vps service in ionos and comes with plesk onyx, I could configure everything, but I have a problem that I can not solve, in the vps I have 9 domains, only in the main one, the created emails fall in the tray mail correctly, the rest of the domains direct their emails to the spam folder of their recipients. There is some way other than buying more ip to prevent them from falling into a spam tray

Hi Peter, I was able to solve what caused my mails to go to the spam tray of my recipients, I could solve it by adding a txt record in the domain panel with the record dmarc << v = DMARC1; p = reject; pct = 100; rua = mailto: postmaster@mydomain.com >>
