    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Hello;

We are facing problem while sending using attachment; though i can attach the file successfully but when i click on send button its generated an error stated as below:-

There was an error sending your message: unable to send data

Please suggest the solution.

couple of tests have been done

Hello;
I have figured out something; i have done a couple of tests while attaching the file...
I have found that
total bytes having more than 5000 KB cannot be sent to the recipient and it generated the said error

"There was an error sending your message: unable to send data"

I have one test with (4998 KB) mail size is went through without any problem.

Now please anyone can help me in this regards; how can i increase the mail size limit ?

u need to change the mail size limits from the mailserver configuration.

This can be done from maileneble mmc if ur mailserver is mailenable

Under the smtp properties u can change the mail size
