• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hello Milos_Vu,

so you can open the URL http://webmail.YOURDOMAIN.COM and see the login page? Right?
And you are using apache2, nginx and php5-fpm ( FastCGI ) ?

What happens, when you insert the right login-name ( username@YOURDOMAIN.COM ) and password? And what entries have you got in the error- and/or access - logs AFTER you tried to login?

Are you aware, that IF you use fail2ban and if you turned on fail2ban - filters which monitor failed logins, scripts, apache - logs, nginx - logs, mail - logs and horde/roundcube - logs, that this may lead to a temporary ban of your IP while you experiment/configure your webserver and/or if you are testing things out which are misconfigured, so you may not open the URL http://webmail.YOURDOMAIN.COM and you may get the information, that the requested URL is not reachable? IF this is the case and you are still experimenting/configuring webserver stuff, please either whitelist your actual IP, or turn off fail2ban while you experiment/configure your webserver, to avoid being temporary banned.

Thank you for the reply. In the error logs, there is no mention of horde or php, just some missing pages from crawlers and similar things. The only thing i have found is this from access log
[02/Oct/2014:13:42:37 +0200] "GET /login.php?horde_logout_token=Vk5Jh5uVE0PITyacG0VE4Q7&logout_reason=5&logout_msg=Mail%20server%20closed%20the%20connection%20unexpectedly. HTTP/1.0" 200 3260 "http://webmail.xxxxxx.com/services/portal/" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/37.0.2062.124 Safari/537.36"

It just says its logging me out because of the unexpected termination. The server worked good for more then 3 months and suddenly it stoped working after the update :/

Edit: I manage to get log into horde mail and I can view calendar and other pages in Horde, but when i click on mail it kicks me out few seconds later...

Well guys you can all give up now because only way to fix it is to roll back your latest PHP update until the next version is released with the fixes discussed on this bug tracker. You need to scroll towards the bottom of the page until about Sept 29th. 2014 https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=41631
