• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Traffic statistics appear empty (0 bytes)

Since early February (probably after the last Plesk upgrade!), the per-domain traffic statistics on my server are not working any more.
No HTTP/FTP/... traffic is counted, and the statistics appear empty for all domains in the Plesk admin panel ("0 bytes transferred").
What could be the reason?

I have the same problem, but the weird thing is that it doesn't show traffic stats only for about the half of my domains, rest of them is fine. And it is only in "Domains" view, if you would click on "domains/traffic" - it shows the stats for all domains, in each individual domain view it also shows all the info, so the problem is only with "Domains" view.
Help?

@banan2000, seems to be a different problem.

In my case, it affects ALL domains and ALL views in the admin panel.

I have tried to run Webalizer manually and received the following output:

Webalizer V2.01-10 (Linux 2.6.13-15.13-default) English
Error: Can't open log file /var/log/httpd/access_log

Why is that!? I haven't modified the config files!

Same problen here on 1 of my servers. No stats on any domain.

Problem solved in the meantime. It would have been helpful if somebody from SWSOFT had taken the time to answer this issue, though!!!

If you are encountering the same problem, check your root crontab. If you find paths with .../psa/psa/..., correct them to .../psa/bin/... Then, run all scripts manually at least once to ensure that the missing traffic statistics are generated.

Have you found a fix for this? I have the same problem over all servers.

Have looked in my /etc/cron.*
Can not find any reference to /psa/psa/

Anybody found a solution to this problem?

All,

After a long tennis match with emails with support, they finally admit there IS a problem.

The stats are running fine, its just the summary info on the 'domains' list showing 0 bytes traffic.

A fix is planned thats all they would say.

Cheers

I have the same problem since I have installed the lasts updates.

Hope it will be resolved soon.
