The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release. -
The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

webmail ( atmail, horde, roundcube, ... ) is getting the mails from your mail - server. The location of the stored mails are at "/var/qmail/".
In order to get a clean restoration, please consider to read the Plesk - Backup - documentation:

I found the location and the emails, I want to do with Winsp manually moving files into the new folder, the only problem that if I insert old e-mail me the download again from Outlook, there is some file that prevents the discharge of the E- email and informed him that is already downloaded?
