• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Transfer from Plesk 11.0 -> 11.5?

I'd like to transfer subscriptions from our existing Panel (Plesk Panel ver. 11.0.9 on CentOS 6.4 [x86_64]) to a new instance of Panel (Plesk Panel ver. 11.5.30 on CentOS 6.4 [x86_64]) but I noticed that the section "Transferring Panel Data" of the "Installation, Upgrade, Migration, and Transfer Guide. Parallels Plesk Panel 11.0" states...

Transferring Panel Data

Transfer is a process of moving hosting data (service plans, accounts, subscriptions with content, and so on) from one Panel server (source) to another server with Panel of the same version (destination server). Transfer lets you, for example, seamlessly move your Panel to a more productive server or from one Linux distribution to another.

Has anyone successfully used the Migration & Transfer Manager to transfer subscriptions between Plesk Panel 11.0.x and Plesk Panel 11.5.x?
