Transfer full server backup between 2 11.0.9 Plesk Installs

Hi,

I'm running a Plesk 11.0.9 update 42 and made a full "Server configuration and content" backup.
Since the file is a big one (~ 25GB) there's no way to download it and re-upload it on the new server repository via browser.

On the new server there also Plesk 11.0.9, and I have copied trough SCP the entire /var/lib/psa/dumps content from old server.
I have restarted the psa process but still 'No backups' appear in the Plesk Panel.

Can anyone tell me if there's another way of restoring big backups on a new server, or tell me what am I doing wrong at this point?

Plesk 11.0.9 to Plesk 11.0.9
1) setting up ssh-keys (ssh-keygen -t rsa)
2) rsync -azh /var/lib/psa/dumps/ root@[NEW-IP-ADDRESS]:/var/lib/psa/dumps (21.7 GB // 5.8 hrs)

Backup-files are available on new Server.

still having trouble restoring the backup ...over 1000 Errors
ERROR: () Execution of /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/api-cli/mail.php
ERROR: () Execution of /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/api-cli/database.php
