Troubles for banner uploads

hello,

I'm working with the SiteBuilder v4.
I've chosen the Template ID:av-157 Catégorie:Sport.
The banner proposed by the SiteBuilder is a snowboarder (the one with the purple jacket).
If I upload now my own banner (585x171 pixels) i can still see the arm of the snowboarder above the banner!
How can I remove this arm?
Is it possible to change the color of the (grey) box on the right of the banner? Of the place where figures the name of my homepage?

As I can see you are using version 4.0 which is quite old one. In this case I can suggest you to make an upgrade to latest 4.5 version where a lot of issues were resolved since previous versions, some improvements were done and some new features added. For additional info you can refer to http://www.parallels.com/products/sitebuilder/. There you can also find installation guide for upgrade procedure: http://www.parallels.com/products/sitebuilder/docs/
As you have version 4.0 license upgrade will not be required in this case.
Try to upgrade the product and check this case one more time.
