Turn on remote mail in plesk

Hello

we have already disabled domain in smarter mail and also disable mail service for this domain.

when we try to send test mail we are getting error messages

Now the server are trying to deliver the email internally so is there any way we can turn on remote mail delivery for this domain so mail deliver directly into inbox rather that searching for domain locally.
we are getting following error when we try to send mails.

Failed Recipient:
Reason: The recipient does not exist

we will appreciate your help.

Kindly provide guidance.

we are using Plesk 12 for windows
