Sorry for the combo question. I've got a CentOS 4 server with Plesk 9.2. I have a client with something like 40 domains in it. I need to restore a domain that I previously deleted. The backups are run weekly and stored in a client backup file on remote server.
I'm having difficulty using the web-based tool copying the backup file from the remote server back to the local repository. So that's my first question: what's to prevent me from manually ftp'ing the tar file that I want back to my server in the right place? If so, where is that??
Next, what I really need from this exercise is just to retrieve the mysql database that was associated with the missing domain. I can see lots of files in the client tar file, and can extract from the client tar file the domain files. But where is the mysql database? Is there some clue as to where it would be located and how is it stored?
