Unable to add subdomain

Hi there,

I've just tried to add a new subdomain to a Subscription via the Control Panel, to point to the same doc root as the main domain name, but I get the message "Error: The component Webalizer was not installed" when I try to save these settings.

There was no setting to specify whether I wanted this or not, so not sure why this is.

Any advice appreciate.

Looks like that you have selected Webalizer as "Web statistics" in Hosting Parameters of Service Plan but it is not installed on server.
Just change it to AWstats or install it.
