I'm receiving this error:

What should I do to fix this? The VPS got all the latest updates installed through yum.

What are the permissions of file /etc/httpd/conf/modsecurity.d/rules/tortix/modsec/50_plesk_basic_asl_rules.conf ?

I'm in the same situation. (Plesk version: 12.0.18 Update #68)
Permissions are 600

I've disisntalled tortix WAF and reinstalled, now it seems to work and updates itself.
But I still get this error on the Plesk home admin screen:
