• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Unable to correctly set the IP Address for a vHost

So, I have a virtual host website, and in the settings panel, the the "Web Hosting Access" page has an IP Address drop down, to select what IP Address the vhost should run on. Unfortunately, none of the IP Addresses match the server it's ACTUALLY being hosted on. The effect of this is that when someone goes to the url of that site, it doesn't show the site, but rather the "deafult site" for that IP address. Trying to rectify this, I've gone into the "Server" tab, and clicked IP Addresses, and it shows more IP Addresses there, including the correct one. However, I can't find a way to assign the correct IP Address to the site

Temporarily I've manually edited the config file for the site to reflect the correct IP Address, but that's only a temporary fix. Any help would be appreciated.

If the domain name belongs to the reseller / client then make sure the actual IP is part of the reseller / client IP pool. Is that the case?
