Unable to download web applications

I am running Debian 7.5 and after a recent re-install of plesk and the os I am unable to download any applications. As soon as I run install wordpress or any other application the download bar just sits at zero. I have searched for this problem and cannot find a solution.

I would also add that on my second server with Debian and a pre-installed plesk installation everything works perfectly. The server that I used the install script on is the one with problems

I am experiencing a problem with Plesk and Debian 7.5, when I try to install any application the download stays on 0%. My other server works perfectly and was pre installed in the package, I am at a complete loss as to solving the problem.

Do you have enabled any firewall rules? Have you tried disable them?
