unable to manage SpamAssassin through parallels plesk 9.2 control panel

Hello,

I have installed the SpamAssassin and psa-SpamAssassin on the centos 5.2 server. i can start and restart the service using command line , but unable to modify parameter using plesk control panel.It is showing that it is not installed or not configured properly.

Please help me on it.

Please, try to refresh the components installed at the server in the Parallels Plesk Panel (PP):

server > Server Components > Refresh

Hello,

I have follow the same steps mentioned above, but when i click on service management section the SpamAssassin service showing ruining with Grey color and i can't stop or stop service from there.It's showing this feature is not available because "either your license key does not support it or the service down not installed or configured properly".

In that case you need to contact your Sales Representative/Sales Department for enabling this option. If you have purchased Parallels Plesk license directly from Parallels company then you can contact the Sales Department usng the form below:

(choose "Licensing,..." option)

What Maria is trying to explain is that your PLESK license does not support SpamAssassin. You probably bought/leased the base version and need Plesk Plus. This comes with the Power Pack
