  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Unable to save filters in the Horde webmail: Failed to establish TLS connection ..Kindly help me resolve the same

A self-Signed SSL certificate is used along with PHP 5.6 to run the Horde webmail.
As a workaround, disable TLS encryption for sieve in the Horde configuration file:
  1. Open the file /usr/share/psa-horde/ingo/config/backends.php
  2. Find the section $backends['sieve'] = array(
  3. Change the record:
    'usetls' => true
    to
    'usetls' => false
  4. Save the file with changes.
  5. Create the additional Dovecot configuration file to specify "ssl=no" inside the "protocol sieve {}" section:
    # cat /etc/dovecot/conf.d/99-horde-sieve-tlsfix.conf
    protocol sieve {
    ssl = no
    }
  6. Restart Dovecot service:
    # service dovecot restart
