Unable to start Plesk

I am a Godaddy customer. Last weekend I got a warning that the Plesk server went down. I have tried to restart it /etc/rc.d/init.d/psa start but the Plesk server fails.

I cannot find anything in any logs that indicate why it might have failed.

Godaddy charged me $75 to tell me that I have changed a configuration file and that's why it is failing. As I was in far outback Queensland at the time, I don't really believe them.

Are there any other logs I might look in.

This is Plesk 8.2 Fedora Core 6.

This is pretty urgent as I don't really want to reprovision.

Thanks

can you provide the output of
/etc/init.d/psa start1
Generally if it doesn't start the messages are written in the standard output or in
/usr/local/psa/admin/logs/httpsd_error_log

If you do not see anything meaningful it is possible to trace the exact reason with
sh -x /etc/init.d/psa start1

If you changed some files in /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/ (like php.ini for example), this indeed can be a problem. However even with this the changes can be reverted back...
