# Ran test from http://kb.parallels.com/en/111198 and received the following:

Try upgrade with autoinstaller with --ignore-key-errors option. When upgrade successfully completed you may upgrade license in Plesk GUI.

We receive the following.

Seems the license has expired.

The expiration date will be automatically extended on Mar 21, 2014. For the automatic update you must allow connections to ka.swsoft.com. For more information, refer to the following help topic.

A dig on ka.swsoft.com shows:

ka.parallels.com. 600 IN A 77.245.23.80

I have added 77.245.23.80 to the allow list in firewall. Hopefully this will prevent this error from reoccurring.
