undefined symbol: apr_pool_pre_cleanup_register

Roy Boverhof

Basic Pleskian
As usual updating / upgrading Plesk failed:

[root@server tmp]# service httpd start
Starting httpd: /usr/sbin/httpd: symbol lookup error: /usr/sbin/httpd: undefined symbol: apr_pool_pre_cleanup_register
[FAILED]

For others that are struggling with this problem, the solution is quite simple:

[root@els011 tmp]# yum update apr

Oh... and upgrading from 10.2.0 to 10.3.0 will only work if 10.2.0 is fully updated. I wonder if any testing is done on these upgrades / updates at all... I actually can't recall any time when I simply updated the product and it worked without me having to apply database fixes, hack some config file or install missing packages!?

Anyway, I hope this helps someone.
