Upable to upgrade from 11.x to 12.x

When I use the GUI interface to perform an upgrade from 11.x to 12.x I get the following error:

E: Version '12.0.18-ubuntu10.04.build1200141223.18' for 'pp12.0.18-bootstrapper' was not found

Appears to me that the system is unable to download the 12.x files (or the update of the package list is incorrect). although I do not see how to fix that right now.

Any ideas?

My mistake, typing error. is in fact Ubuntu 10.04

Hi Steven_Pannell,

you always have the choice to define additional sources in your sources.list at "/etc/apt" , when you use Ubuntu and Plesk. Consider adding:

For Ubuntu 10.04:

deb http://updates.atomicorp.com/channels/tortix-common/debian lucid main
deb http://autoinstall.plesk.com/ubuntu/PSA_12.0.18 lucid all
deb http://autoinstall.plesk.com/debian/SITEBUILDER_12.0.7 all all

For Ubuntu 12.04:

deb http://updates.atomicorp.com/channels/tortix-common/debian precise main
deb http://autoinstall.plesk.com/ubuntu/PSA_12.0.18 precise all
deb http://autoinstall.plesk.com/debian/SITEBUILDER_12.0.7 all all

For Ubuntu 14.04:

deb http://updates.atomicorp.com/channels/tortix-common/debian trusty main
deb http://autoinstall.plesk.com/ubuntu/PSA_12.0.18 trusty all
deb http://autoinstall.plesk.com/debian/SITEBUILDER_12.0.7 all all

Afterwards, to update and upgrade, please use the command:

apt-get clean && apt-get update && apt-get upgrade​
