Update 10.2 to 10.3 (Ubuntu 10 LTS) - autoresponder not working afterwards

Dear all, after Upgrading from 10.2 to 10.3 and trying to activate an autoresponder for a email adress, i get the following errormessage, any idea what could cause this:

Specified column "isLegacyUser" is not in the row

Looks like smb_users table in Plesk database was not correctly upgraded during Plesk upgrade procedure. Try to fix upgrade with bootstrapper repair.

unfortunately this does not seem to work, prior to running bootstrapper, mysql works fine, but during repair i get this errormessage:

p.s. in the logfile it seems that the mysql user is ok, and a connection is possible:

after the upgrade / repair attempt, hosting is no longer working, i need to run a httpdmgr --reconfigure-all

The problem can be related to mysql not accepting to network connections. Check it with:

# mysql -h 127.0.0.1 -P 3306 -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow`
ERROR 2003 (HY000): Can't connect to MySQL server on '127.0.0.1' (111)

ODBC connects to mysql via local TCP/IP connection on port 3306. Try comment out a line in /etc/my.cnf to enable it
#skip-networking

After that bootstrapper repair could be run with no issue.

This option in /etc/my.cnf also seems to have similar effect on isql (as ip's are not resolved to hostnames and therefore user fails to login): skip-name-resolve

Hello,

same Problem here (Specified column "isLegacyUser" is not in the row), and i need an solution asap, because mail settings are not working in plesk since the upgrade!!!

Wether you are creating an alias, a forward or an autoresponder nothing is working but the creation of an email box itself.

the bootstrap thing produces the same error all the time as seen in in another Post here (2 before this one).

Is there a way to manually update the database? so what is todo?

Also I was not able to create new customers without getting an "Internal Error.".
After adding the following to the table "smb_users" User creation worked without problems.

imNumber, varchar(255), Allow NULL
imType, int(11), Allow NULL
additionalInfo, longtext, Allow NULL

so maybe someone can tell me where to add the "isLegacyUser" Column? And what type?

Problem solved until next update!?

bootstrap always gives the same error with APS ODBC connection failed. This Problem could not be solved,
But we needed to create and edit customers, as well as our customers needed to handle their Mail-Accounts with forwarding, aliases and Autoresponder.

Altering the smb_users table with the following gave me the success to solve the written issues:

ALTER TABLE `smb_users` add isLegacyUser int(11) NULL, add imNumber varchar(255) NULL, add imType int(11) NULL, add additionalInfo longtext NULL after isDomainAdmin

Maybe someone from Parallels tells us if there were more updates to the DB between 10.2 and 10.3
