update 11.0.9 -> 12.0.18 FAILED

i'm trying to upgrade from 11.0.9 CentOS 6 110120608.16 to latest (12.0.18) with
/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller --select-release-latest --upgrade-installed-components

and i'm stuck with this error:

Exception: Failed to solve dependencies:
psa-updates-12.0.18-cos6.build1200140818.12.noarch requires sw-engine >= 2.13.11
plesk-base-12.0.18-cos6.build1200140606.15.x86_64 requires sw-engine >= 2.13.8

already tried to yum clean all, rm -rf ~/.autoinstaller && /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --upgrade-installed-components --reinstall-patch

any hint?

p.s.: i have enabled ART repo

Have you tried to use latest version of autoinstaller from https://sp.parallelsnetwork.com/parallels-plesk-12-ops/ ?

yes, downloaded http://autoinstall.plesk.com/plesk-installer and also tried
./plesk-installer --select-release-latest --upgrade-installed-components

Hi,

any update to this ? I'm using still 11.0.9 and feared to upgrade to 12.0.18 due to so many threads with issues so i need an official statement to the issues by the upgrade process.

When a upgrade will fail at my server 4 company's cannot work any more so it is very important for me to know if all bugs are fixed or what i can do to make sure the upgrade will work.
