Issue Update English language pack

How I can update English language pack (English - United States)? Currently in Plesk there is some missing translated words etc like below (not only on this page).

there were problems with localization couple versions ago, but in 18.0.35.1 all of them have been fixed.
please be sure that you have the latest Obsidian installed.

you can try to add dist repository to your plesk.repo:

[PLESK_18_0_35-dist]
name=PLESK_18_0_35 extras
baseurl=http://autoinstall.plesk.com/PSA_18.0.35/dist-rpm-CentOS-7-x86_64/

and update package psa-locale-base-en-US.

I checked plesk.repo file content, there is already (isn't it same?)

you can temporary add dist repo. It will allow you to reinstall the package psa-locale-base-en-US (and most probably it will solve the problem).

before you do this, what psa-locale-base-en-US version you have already installed in your system ?

then we'd suggest you try to repair whole Plesk installation by executing
plesk repair installation
command.

for now it looks like you have some outdated packages, so localization files are not match core files.

I just did plesk repair installation but it didn't resolve this issue. Should I do it with dist repo?

no, it should did this on his own.

you can try to find outdated package by himself, something like

rpm -qa |egrep 'plesk|psa' | egrep "18.0.[1..35]" | egrep -v '18.0.35.1'

and try to reinstall it (be sure that the Plesk dist repo still enabled)

damn! looks like I am not so experienced as I thought

You can try to update your system to 18.0.35.2 (which was released today), but I don't think that it will help in your case.

I'd recommend you to contact Plesk Technical support.
Either they will be able to find root cause at the server or case will be escalated to the development team.

for now I have no ideas any more about how to troubleshoot this

Plesk does not offer support as license isn't bought directly from Plesk. Our license was bought through Hetzner and Hetzner does not offer support.

unfortunately situation looks like it must be troubleshooted directly on your server.
I can't reproduce it on my environment.

You can get support directly from Plesk. but yes, it wouldn't be free..
