update from 10.3.1 to 10.4.4

Hello,

I have a few questions relating to the update available. When i try to update i get 3 warnings

WARNING: SSO start-up script has wrong execution priority. Please, check http://kb.parallels.com/en/112666 for more details.

WARNING: Client with login xxxxxx has same e-mail address as admin: info@domin.co.uk. Please, check http://kb.parallels.com/en/111985 for details.

WARNING: You have 28 mailbox users that will be converted to subscription-level auxiliary users after upgrading to Panel 10. Learn how to change passwords for such users in http://kb.parallels.com/en/9454

My question is if i do the update will the client lose any emails and will i need to send them new passwords or is the only affect the plesk logins?

Hi,

Email are safe, nothing will be lost. Just another kind of account will be configured to access them.

Thanks for posting this thread. I have another question. Will people be able to access the emails with the same passwords?
